What Are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable gels that restore volume, enhance contours, and provide a lifting effect. At Serenity, we exclusively use Hyaluronic Acid (HA) fillers, a naturally occurring compound in the skin, ensuring safety and biocompatibility. Should an emergency arise, the filler is reversible using hyaluronidase, providing peace of mind.We customize the filler’s density based on the treatment area.Soft fillers for delicate areas like lips.Dense fillers for deeper lines such as nasolabial folds and marionette line.

What to Expect

Numbing cream is applied 15 minutes before treatment to ensure comfort.

Using fine needles, the filler is injected under the skin. We use lidocaine-infused fillers to further reduce discomfort.

While effects are immediately visible, the filler continues to integrate with the skin over two weeks for a natural, smooth finish.

Mild bruising, swelling, and redness are normal but typically subside within a few days.
